Build Prelim's first business operations function: create cross-team coordination, workload visibility, operational rhythms, staffing and project coordination, and manage vendors/logistics to ensure scaled, reliable delivery while working closely with the founder and team leads.

The role includes strategic account planning, cold calling, and occasional customer travel, with training provided on Orum’s sales playbook and technology.

Own the full sales cycle for strategic B2B technology accounts, focusing on outbound prospecting, account expansion, stakeholder engagement, pipeline development, and revenue attainment.
