Tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring MES, Tulus, ERP, and related shop-floor systems meet plant startup and ongoing production needs.

Build Prelim's first business operations function: create cross-team coordination, workload visibility, operational rhythms, staffing and project coordination, and manage vendors/logistics to ensure scaled, reliable delivery while working closely with the founder and team leads.

Owns the technical product backlog and prioritizes features, defects, technical debt, and improvements. Translates strategic initiatives into development work, defines acceptance criteria, coordinates delivery and dependencies, and accepts completed work.
