Build Prelim's first business operations function: create cross-team coordination, workload visibility, operational rhythms, staffing and project coordination, and manage vendors/logistics to ensure scaled, reliable delivery while working closely with the founder and team leads.

Owns the technical product backlog and prioritizes features, defects, technical debt, and improvements.
