Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN endpoints, servers, and CDN systems. Leads complex enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, and digital transformation engagements as the primary executive advisor. Owns client success, delivery quality, financial performance, governance, strategic direction, stakeholder relationships, and account growth. Leads executive workshops, steering committees, roadmaps, proposals, and solution development while mentoring consulting leaders and advancing practice methodologies, offerings, and delivery standards.

Own product measurement and experimentation, including A/B test design and analysis, user behavior investigation, conversion and retention analysis, launch measurement, metric definition, workflow automation, and data pipeline development. Partner with growth, product, engineering, leadership, and data teams to turn insights into product decisions and recommendations.

Owns enterprise payer-facing value architecture, including ROI methodologies, executive business review frameworks, value narratives, case studies, and defensible analytics-backed claims. Synthesizes Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality, regulatory, and market changes into strategic positioning. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data & Analytics to enable consistent value demonstration, executive storytelling, and customer engagement. Acts as a trusted advisor to payer executives and drives framework adoption through cross-functional influence.
