Lead technical delivery of AI-enabled web apps, dashboards, and automation. Build full-stack systems (frontend, backend, infra), integrate LLMs, RAG, vector DBs and third-party services, prototype then productionize solutions, work client-facing for scoping and translation, and provide technical leadership across architecture, standards, and documentation.

Lead strategic sales efforts across the mining industry by building relationships, developing and managing a qualified pipeline, shaping pursuit strategies, coordinating proposals, and securing multi-year contract mining and earthmoving work. Responsible for aligning internal teams, guiding technical sales support, maintaining win rates, and representing the company at industry events. Requires significant travel.

Own partner lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing delivery: manage relationships, lead cross-functional launches, track metrics, produce data-driven reports, and drive partner success and expansion through structured project management and stakeholder communication.

Support and own supply chain systems (primarily WMS) and integrations to ensure accurate inventory, fulfillment, and reporting. Own end-to-end monthly close and maintain GAAP financials in QuickBooks. Reconcile high-volume payment flows (Stripe), manage revenue recognition, sales tax/VAT, and chargebacks. Build scalable processes, controls, integrations, and automation (including AI tools) to support global multi-currency transactions and audit-ready reporting while partnering with the CFO and external advisors.

Provide accounting support including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger analysis, inventory and AP/AR oversight, bank and floorplan reconciliations, month-end close support, and processing warranty and wire transactions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
