Lead strategic delivery and governance for complex AI implementations in insurance, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Drive adoption, measure ROI, secure renewals and expansion, influence product strategy, mentor CEMs, and manage cross-functional risks and escalations.

Manage U.S. state and local sales and use tax compliance across 30+ jurisdictions: file returns, calculate liabilities, maintain exemption certificates, monitor nexus, support audits/VDAs, administer tax automation, advise stakeholders, and assist with tax provision and M&A due diligence.

Run end-to-end policyholder lifecycle campaigns (welcome to renewal), optimize based on performance, coordinate with brand partners, support launches and events, create social content and assets, and use AI tools to accelerate campaign ideation and execution while carrying direct revenue accountability.
