Senior contractor engineer will own and evolve Thrive's enterprise platform end-to-end, starting on the Coaching app. Responsibilities include sustaining engineering (reliability, scalability, technical debt), delivering medium-to-large projects, partnering with Product and stakeholders, supporting on-call and incident response during US hours, and shipping high-quality, enterprise-facing features iteratively.

Lead day-to-day marketing for an enterprise AI consulting firm: own demand generation and ABM, run end-to-end campaigns, build thought leadership and executive branding, manage web/PR/events and a lean AI-native martech stack, enable sales with customer advocacy, lead the marketing team and budget, and measure marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
