Lead full sales cycle for Microsoft Azure enterprise accounts, generating pipeline via inbound/outbound and partner channels, collaborating with Microsoft and internal teams, forecasting in CRM, driving customer events, and advocating customer needs to shape product and GTM strategy in the FinOps space.

Manage 3–5 Meta and Instagram advertising accounts for ecommerce and DTC clients. Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of family law firms, serving as the primary contact for owners and managing partners. Lead alignment calls and business reviews, develop client roadmaps, track acquisition and revenue performance, identify growth and churn signals, and connect marketing activities to business outcomes. Advise clients on pricing, intake, operations, capacity, and hiring while coordinating with project managers and channel specialists.

Own and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, create standardized playbooks, and lead client implementations from award through steady-state delivery. Scope awarded business, build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage critical paths, report status and risks to leadership, adapt plans as conditions change, and capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.

Build and grow healthcare referral partnerships across Florida. Manage referral accounts, conduct outreach, educate healthcare stakeholders about services, improve referral processes, identify territory opportunities, and use Salesforce, dashboards, and performance data to prioritize activity. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Patient Access, and Billing teams to address partner needs and increase referrals, client visits, and partnership expansion.
