Support and administer Salesforce and Operative.One for the US Commercial team: provide end-user support, manage system configuration and access, assist reporting and data hygiene, create training/documentation, document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with Sales, Ad Ops, Finance, and other stakeholders to optimize commercial processes.

Drive AI and automation adoption to free frontline capacity and partner cross-functionally with digital, finance, editorial, and member stations.

Design, build, and operate secure, automated CI/CD and cloud-native platform workflows. Improve deployment reliability, observability, cost-efficiency, and AI/DS workload utilization across AWS and Kubernetes. Partner with dev, security, and AI teams to implement IaC, GitOps, monitoring, and compliance controls for DoD programs.

Develop, adapt, and evaluate EO/IR object-detection and separation algorithms; acquire and prepare sensor data; implement reproducible research software in Python; quantify algorithm performance; and transition prototypes for operational use while collaborating with a small multidisciplinary team.

Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise WAN/LAN networks. Responsibilities include routing/switching (OSPF/BGP), MPLS/VPLS, QoS, load balancing (F5/A10 with iRules), firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), network management and monitoring, capacity planning, upgrades, troubleshooting complex issues, vendor integration, documentation, mentoring, ITIL/change management, and occasional travel (up to 20%).

Lead Client Success, Creator Operations, and Creator Acquisition functions to drive retention, expansion, and supply growth. Scale teams, set KPIs (NPS, retention, TAT, margin), partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Engineering, and improve creator sourcing, onboarding, and network strategy to meet demand while protecting margin.

Lead global logistics network strategy, modeling, and optimization across plants, warehouses, DCs and 3PLs. Own logistics budgets, cost-to-serve analytics, SAP S/4HANA processes, 3PL governance, risk/compliance, and build a high-performing global logistics organization to drive structural cost and service improvements.

Drive partner-led marketing and GTM initiatives for APJ partners: plan and execute MDF-funded campaigns, manage agencies, enable partners with playbooks and training, track performance, and optimize demand-generation programs to drive revenue and ROI.
