Leads the vision, strategy, organizational development, and business performance of DEUNA’s agentic AI product organization. Oversees Product Managers, defines scalable AI agent orchestration capabilities, partners with engineering on platform architecture, and drives automation, evaluation, monitoring, safety, compliance, and enterprise adoption. The role also aligns product initiatives with growth, revenue, merchant needs, and market expansion.

Manage onboard marketing execution and guest communications across signage, onboard TV, print materials, the Navigator app, and push notifications. Ensure brand consistency, content accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely voyage-related updates. Oversee print shop operations, budgeting, inventory, reporting, and team training. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy Revenue, an AI-powered dental revenue-cycle product. Drive claims, payment, reconciliation, automation, adoption, upsell growth, pricing, and packaging. Partner with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver trusted AI workflows, meet HIPAA and security requirements, establish product analytics, and translate customer needs into impactful product improvements.

Generates qualified sales pipeline across a defined U.S. territory through personalized outbound prospecting. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, creating multi-channel sequences, qualifying inbound and marketing leads, booking productive meetings, maintaining Salesforce records, coordinating with ABM marketing, and partnering with account executives on territory strategy and handoffs.

Coordinates Product, Creative, Sales, E-commerce, Operations, Finance, and Insights teams, while tracking launch and product performance to drive optimization, growth, and profitability.

Plans and executes multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, tracks and analyzes campaign performance, optimizes tactics, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.

Conduct a comprehensive digital marketing and enrollment diagnostic, analyze funnel and campaign performance, research competitors and search behavior, identify low-cost growth opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations. The consultant will evaluate SEO, acquisition channels, audience segments, conversion performance, attribution, and measurement gaps; present findings to leadership; and help implement approved strategies to increase qualified leads and applications.
