Lead executive relationships for 8-10 enterprise government clients, drive retention, expansion, and account profitability, advise on program design and regulatory issues, coordinate delivery and implementation teams, support pursuits and pricing, and act as the voice of the customer into Product and Engineering.

Manage end-to-end implementations of PerfectServe clinical communication and scheduling software for ambulatory and enterprise healthcare clients. Lead planning, staffing, execution, budget and risk control, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and transition to account management to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.

Own and operate the AI-native platform runtime including Kubernetes (GKE), Terraform, GCP, CI/CD, observability, orchestration (Temporal, Kong). Improve reliability, performance, cost, multi-tenant provisioning, developer experience, and lead on-call and incident response.

Provide fractional CFO services to high-growth tech startups: build driver-based financial models, institutionalize month-end model updates, own budget vs. actuals reporting, align P&L with accounting, and deliver analyses for fundraising, M&A, pricing, unit economics, and cash management to support strategic decisions.

Lead and coach an Enterprise Account Executive team to shift from transactional to complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Drive pipeline reviews, deal strategy, forecasting, compensation and territory design, cross-functional alignment, and report on performance to sales leadership.

Provide remote-first technical support for employees across ChromeOS and MacOS. Administer and maintain SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Atlassian), manage in-office AV, networking, and peripherals, improve IT processes and knowledge base, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure a secure, user-friendly digital environment. Support hours align to 9am-5pm Pacific, with occasional travel.

Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat to inform and convert prospective students. Provide admissions/product information, resolve objections, document interactions in CRM, meet KPIs, follow up, and support the enrollment process. Work flexible hours and collaborate during core PST hours.
