Partners with sales engineering, support, and technical account management while advising technical and executive stakeholders on data strategy and identity architecture.

Processes and validates supplier invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves discrepancies, codes transactions, maintains vendor records, and processes payments through Ramp and Sage Intacct. Supports reconciliations, month-end close, AP aging review, audits, 1099 reporting, process automation, policy documentation, and cross-training. Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Mountain and Southwest territories. Build pipeline, develop account plans, engage CISOs and executive buyers, lead technical evaluations, create business cases, negotiate complex agreements, close new and expansion business, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires strong cybersecurity expertise, established enterprise security relationships, quota-carrying sales experience, technical credibility in security, cloud, and AI, and willingness to travel.

Build and maintain finance data pipelines, warehouse models, dashboards, and automations for unit economics, technology budgeting, burn, runway, margins, deal desk, and sales compensation. Develop internal tools and LLM-based agents that help non-engineers access trusted financial data. Partner with finance, sales, and engineering leadership to reconcile discrepancies and improve revenue, cost, billing, payroll, cloud-spend, and accounting workflows.

Provide accessibility subject-matter expertise across WCAG audits, user reviews, code-level remediation, and assistive technology standards. Mentor junior accessibility specialists, review audits and bugs, educate product teams, collaborate with developers, QA, and Sales, customize customer solutions, and manage multiple client projects while tracking program status.

Manages Credit Department projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and communications. Develops project plans, status reports, dashboards, process documentation, and decision logs; facilitates meetings and follow-up. Supports requirements coordination, testing, training readiness, change management, technology implementations, process improvements, and post-launch activities while aligning cross-functional teams and Credit leadership.

Leads the enterprise vendor lifecycle from strategic sourcing and procurement through contracting, governance, performance management, renewals, and termination. Develops procurement strategies, negotiates complex agreements, manages supplier performance and risk, supports regulatory compliance and audits, and uses AI, automation, and analytics to improve procurement outcomes. The role also leads procurement and vendor management teams and partners with business, technology, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders.
