Provide routine administrative and clerical support for the Simulation Education Center: schedule meetings and travel, prepare and maintain electronic documents/files and reports, assist with data collection/backups and budget information, support personnel changes, and perform other assigned duties. Consult with inbound and outbound clients to evaluate finances and enroll them in debt settlement programs. Educate clients on risks, terms, and timelines, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, follow legal and company policies, and stay current on industry changes.
