The Senior Svelte Software Engineer will develop high-quality, scalable Svelte web components, collaborate on design systems, and ensure component reliability.

Lead design and implementation of global total rewards and People Operations programs, oversee HRIS, compliance, benefits, compensation, equity, and people data. Build and manage a team, partner with Finance/Legal/Executives, adopt AI/automation, run benchmarking and pay equity analysis, and scale systems and processes across multiple regions.

Lead corporate strategy and strategic planning, assess risks and opportunities, scope and run cross-functional projects, analyze data to form recommendations, leverage agentic AI, create executive communications, drive change and Ways of Working, and travel ~10-20% for company needs.

Own and govern the Altium component library and Enterprise Server. Create and verify IPC space-grade footprints, enforce EEE-INST-002 Level 3 selections, manage automotive/COTS up-screening and PEM governance, embed derating rules, track lifecycles/obsolescence, enforce part request workflows, and support manufacturing integration and occasional travel.

Manage a portfolio of strategic B2B SaaS accounts to drive retention and expansion. Build account strategies, lead executive conversations, connect product usage to business outcomes, use AI signals to prioritize work, and travel for customer meetings and company events.

Own catalog and merchandising data quality end-to-end: monitor catalogs, resolve data issues with brands or directly in Shopify, enforce merchandising standards, audit pricing rules, maintain product structure and discoverability, and partner with Product/Engineering to fix systemic issues and document standards.

Lead customer implementations for a SaaS business management platform: manage kickoff, configure custom templates and workflows, deliver virtual training, track milestones, resolve technical issues, analyze onboarding data, and optimize processes to reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions that convert complex, distributed farm data into actionable intelligence. Engineer features, select models, run experiments, and move models to scalable, real-time production. Integrate, fine-tune, monitor, and observe models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Databricks). Partner with product, engineering and domain teams and contribute to user-facing experiences when needed.

Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, manage phone lines and administrative tasks, and support the Life Enrichment team by planning, leading, and assisting resident activities, events, and outings.
