Own and optimize an AI-driven outbound and revenue operations engine focused on qualified meetings with rural and health system decision-makers. Build target-account scoring models, AI SDR workflows, lead routing, CRM architecture, attribution, dashboards, and pipeline reporting. Partner with GTM and sales teams to improve meeting-to-pipeline conversion and adoption of AI tools. The role requires healthcare market expertise, hands-on AI development, CRM administration, SQL, and automation experience.
