The Sales Manager/Lead Generation Specialist will initiate sales of an AI-powered marketplace by identifying clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into subscribers, focusing on the US market.

Sell luxury home staging services through consultative, territory-based sales. Prospect and nurture leads, conduct on-site walkthroughs and presentations, prepare bids, manage contracts in Salesforce/DocuSign, maintain client communication, close deals, and support post-sale staging processes while meeting company SOPs and sales targets.

Design, build, and ship full‑stack applications end-to-end within small pods. Own the full SDLC, deploy and operate cloud applications, contribute to architecture, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, testing, and code quality while maintaining reliability.

Manage relationships with large IDN/GPO customers as ForTec's corporate supply chain representative. Drive account preference, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, legal), support RFI/RFP processes, analyze account data, and travel nationally to grow and maintain corporate-level business.

Lead technical delivery of AI-enabled web apps, dashboards, and automation. Build full-stack systems (frontend, backend, infra), integrate LLMs, RAG, vector DBs and third-party services, prototype then productionize solutions, work client-facing for scoping and translation, and provide technical leadership across architecture, standards, and documentation.

Lead and grow Vive's sales across a large multi-state territory by coaching Territory Sales Managers, developing and executing regional sales and business plans, expanding distributor and retail relationships, and coordinating cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and market share goals.

Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters, clients, and lateral hires. Conduct complex conflicts research using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise attorneys and leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter openings, and educate staff. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency conflict checks.

Analyze and report production and sales variances, prepare and present consolidated financial results, develop and automate PowerBI/Excel reports, support revenue recognition, standard cost development, pricing analysis, and gather data from IFS/SAP/JDE to support finance and commercial teams.

Supervise children and staff in before- and after-school programs, assist the Program Manager with daily operations, develop and implement programming, ensure regulatory compliance, coach and mentor staff, collaborate with families and providers, and maintain child safety and positive social-emotional development.

Provide frontline, technical SaaS support across Element451 and Encoura Connect: manage high-volume tickets via in-app chat, reproduce and troubleshoot complex issues, escalate verified bugs with detailed evidence, improve knowledge-base and ticket-deflection, and communicate clearly and empathetically with customers under SLAs.
