Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who develops and governs Power BI dashboards, analyzes clinic performance metrics, ensures reporting accuracy, and translates operational needs into technical requirements. Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; prepares journal entries, GAAP-compliant financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports. Maintains fixed assets, intercompany accounting, revenue and deferred revenue records, policies, and documentation. Supports audits, compliance requests, stakeholder inquiries, and process improvements involving ERP optimization and automation.

Administers RHEL and Windows/Linux server environments, virtual machines, containers, accounts, storage, security settings, and system performance. Tests and troubleshoots integrations, applies DISA STIGs, develops deployment processes, maintains documentation and procedures, coordinates with customers and network administrators, and supports hardware, software, backup, and recovery activities.

Leads client-facing healthcare software implementation projects from discovery through deployment and adoption. Manages requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, change management, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary client representative while coordinating cross-functional implementation, product, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams. Drives customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, product adoption, and successful outcomes for healthcare payer clients.

Leads complex post-sale customer engineering engagements, including distributed database deployments, migrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production readiness. Serves as a senior technical advisor and escalation resource for enterprise customers, coordinating with Support, Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Mentors peers, develops technical enablement materials, improves operational practices, and contributes to workshops, documentation, and technical presentations.

Manage enterprise and mid-market customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes through success planning, training, usage analysis, change management, and ROI storytelling. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, advocate for customers, identify expansion opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
