Leads end-to-end talent acquisition for data center operations roles, including job description development, posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder feedback, offer support, salary recommendations, compliance, and ATS reporting. Partners with hiring managers to recruit specialized operational talent and deliver a strong candidate experience. This is a fully remote, four- to five-month contract role covering a leave.

Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including developing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, managing offers, and transitioning hires to onboarding. Manages material handling automation projects involving conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, structures, controls, software, and related equipment. Responsibilities include planning and completing projects, managing financials, resources, contracts, suppliers, customer relationships, project records, and status updates. The role manages multiple projects across locations and requires up to 50% travel, with occasional evening and weekend work during go-live events.

Develop and enhance Power Platform applications, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization solutions for a federal acquisition office. Gather requirements, translate user needs into functional solutions, document processes, support deployment and troubleshooting, and optimize system performance. Provide federal acquisition and contracting support, including market research, acquisition strategy, PWS and IGCE development, CLIN recommendations, contract monitoring, performance assessments, and invoice processing.

Leads technical and engineering operations for mobile broadcast units at remote production sites. Oversees show builds, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, live execution, teardown, maintenance, asset management, staffing, and client communication. Supervises engineering crews, coordinates equipment and logistics, resolves complex broadcast and networking issues, supports system upgrades, and completes post-event documentation. Requires extensive travel to live events and advanced expertise across broadcast video, audio, networking, EVS, switching, routing, intercom, and control systems.

Own Operations and COGS financial reporting, month-end analysis, forecasting, productivity tracking, and variance explanations. Partner with Accounting, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve cost visibility and financial planning. Build dashboards, analytical tools, reporting packages, and financial models while identifying process improvements and supporting operational business cases.

Designs, builds, deploys, and leads enterprise generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, chatbots, copilots, RAG pipelines, and automation assistants. Integrates AI with Azure, Databricks, EHR, FHIR, and HL7 data while meeting HIPAA, PHI, and governance requirements. Develops data pipelines, evaluates and fine-tunes models, guides architecture decisions, conducts code reviews, mentors team members, and collaborates with clinical, operational, data, and product stakeholders.

Reviews and investigates security events, phishing reports, malware detections, and brand-monitoring alerts as a Tier 2 SOC analyst. Escalates incidents, supports containment and eradication, leads remediation, mentors junior analysts, documents procedures, and collaborates with security and IT teams across a multinational organization to improve threat detection and response capabilities.

Own Nebius’s global SEO and GEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, AI-search visibility, analytics, experimentation, and organic growth measurement. Build roadmaps, dashboards, and scalable operating processes; partner with content, engineering, product marketing, and analytics teams; improve search rankings, AI citations, qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline impact. Advise senior stakeholders and develop AI-enabled workflows for research, monitoring, briefing, and optimization.
