The Customer Success Manager ensures customers achieve measurable outcomes using the SQREEM platform by driving outcomes, providing strategic advice, managing customer health, and expanding revenue within accounts.

Full-cycle enterprise sales role owning accounts end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos with SEs, negotiation, close, onboarding, and expansion. Build executive and operational relationships, lead ROI-driven demos and business cases, collaborate cross-functionally, and relay field feedback to product and GTM teams.

Generate qualified sales pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Research target accounts, conduct discovery conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Maintain CRM data, collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, and continually develop product and industry knowledge in cybersecurity and digital investigations.

Manage a customer account portfolio, develop and execute sales and marketing plans, lead customer relationships and negotiations, input and maintain CRM/SmartPrice data, manage sales contracts, collect market intelligence, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet volume and value goals.

Serve as embedded BI lead for a divisional sales book, delivering actionable insights from syndicated and commercial data, leading opportunity analysis, training field teams, supporting Power BI reporting, and translating complex data into executive presentations to drive sales performance and planning.

Develop novel, difficult evaluation tasks for frontier AI models; verify task specifications and solvability; baseline and score model and human completions; and improve task development infrastructure and workflows to support METR's Time Horizons evaluations.

Work with S32 portfolio companies to embed security across the software development and deployment lifecycle. Influence technical direction, implement DevSecOps practices, secure CI/CD and infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve security posture and processes.

Provide routine administrative and clerical support for the Simulation Education Center: schedule meetings and travel, prepare and maintain electronic documents/files and reports, assist with data collection/backups and budget information, support personnel changes, and perform other assigned duties. Day shift, Monday–Friday.
