Lead technical direction with the CTO, architect and build high-scale distributed systems, mentor engineers, ship product roadmap, manage cloud infrastructure and orchestration, enforce CI/CD, testing and fault-tolerance, and collaborate with product and business teams while leveraging AI/ML frameworks.

Lead technical delivery and integration of RightCrowd solutions: gather technical requirements, configure and implement systems, perform UAT, troubleshoot Windows/SQL/AD/IIS, provide level-3 support and mentor junior staff.

Manage client invoice processing, monthly retainers, account reconciliations, and collections. Post AR entries, apply payments, update customer records, prepare accruals and statements, and support accounting reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Contract Talent Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting (intake to offer), partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, manages candidate communication and ATS records, and adapts across clients and industries for project-based engagements.

Create and iterate branded paid social static and motion assets that drive growth. Own concept-to-production pipeline, use data and channel insights to inform creative, build scalable workflows, and employ AI tools responsibly. Collaborate with performance marketing and help mentor future contributors.

Develop and execute North America channel marketing programs with sales, product marketing, and partners. Manage campaigns, budgets, partner resources, events, creative deliverables, and measure program effectiveness to drive channel engagement and revenue.

Support multiple client tax engagements by applying accounting knowledge and firm technology, perform client work and spreadsheets, shadow tax professionals, participate in training and team activities, present a marketing/research project, and travel frequently to client sites.

Manage day-to-day paid social and display campaigns, support affiliate operations, develop creative and landing page strategies, analyze campaign and creative performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive new customer growth and efficiency.

Provide escalated remote and onsite IT support across multiple client environments: troubleshoot OS, server, network, firewall, Microsoft 365/Intune/Azure issues; administer Windows Server and Hyper-V; deploy and maintain Datto and SonicWall solutions; mentor Level I technicians; document work in Autotask and maintain client documentation.
