Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters, clients, and lateral hires. Provide accounting support including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger analysis, inventory and AP/AR oversight, bank and floorplan reconciliations, month-end close support, and processing warranty and wire transactions while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Support day-to-day campaign operations across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. Build and analyze reports and dashboards, implement and QA tracking, troubleshoot campaigns, coordinate client deliverables and internal workflows, prepare insights and presentations, attend meetings, and research new marketing and AI tools. Serve as U.S.-based backup for Ad Operations.

Support the CEO and CSO by driving outbound sales outreach, researching prospects, scheduling 5–10 qualified weekly appointments, logging activity in Salesforce, managing follow-up, and coordinating handoffs to Client Success.
