The Sr. Commercial Attorney will support the launch of Ivonescimab by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and advising on market strategies.

Act as a strategic partner to Revenue Operations by analyzing performance, building executive dashboards and reports, improving CRM data quality and governance, supporting forecasting and pipeline management, and designing scalable processes and automations to increase efficiency and revenue visibility.

This role involves preparing and analyzing profit share statements, interpreting contracts, providing financial data for reporting, and fostering strong relationships across the organization. A focus on financial accuracy, contract management, and continuous improvement in processes is critical.

Conduct onsite machinery and operational risk assessments for industrial and automated equipment. Identify hazards, evaluate safeguards, review compliance with standards, produce technical reports and risk registers, recommend risk-reduction measures, and perform validation & verification of implemented controls during short-duration international deployments.

Own enterprise sales in Ohio and Michigan selling Axonius cybersecurity solutions to organizations >2,000 employees. Build a 4x pipeline, execute value-based selling (MEDDPIC), manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, partner with channels and internal teams, maintain Salesforce/Clari hygiene, and deliver accurate forecasts to exceed revenue targets.

Prepare attorney client bills end-to-end (proformas to final delivery), edit and format bills, resolve billing issues, support time-and-billing applications firmwide, produce billing reports, collaborate with Billing/Pricing/AR/GL/Conflicts teams, and manage vendor invoice submission and AR review.

Full-cycle accounting ownership including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, account variance analysis, audit support, GAAP compliance, and process improvements while collaborating with FP&A, Billing, and HR.

Own the full trade-show lifecycle: registration, logistics, staffing, badge scanning, lead follow-up, spend tracking and ROI. Recommend shows, run pre/post show promotion, and support marketing tasks like swag, one-pagers, sales enablement, and maintaining consistent materials. Work closely with Sales and travel regularly for events.

Lead product- and content-led organic growth across virality/referrals, conversion optimization, and search (SEO, AI-driven discovery, YouTube). Run experiments, build attribution, recruit and manage a lean team, and use AI tools to scale member acquisition and retention without paid channels.

Review, create, and edit client offers and user-submitted deals for accuracy and quality. Source images, codes, and dates, perform pricing research, analyze deal performance using data, and act as a content gatekeeper. Work cross-departmentally to support clients and ensure excellent user experience on the Slickdeals platform.
