Performs quality assurance reviews of second-line financial crimes compliance work across BSA/AML, sanctions, and fraud. Evaluates casework, risk judgments, oversight, escalation, governance, and regulatory alignment. Conducts thematic reviews, identifies systemic weaknesses, documents findings, assigns severity ratings, tracks remediation, supports regulatory exams, and provides independent challenge. Uses analytical skills and reporting tools to improve oversight consistency and risk management.

Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies for assigned markets. Responsibilities include product positioning, messaging, market and competitive research, sales enablement, demand generation, product demonstrations, marketing performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, and launch planning.
