The Senior iOS Engineer will lead engineering decisions, ship production code, engage in product discussions, and maintain app architecture for the Speechify iOS app.

Generate new business for AllRide Apps by outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails), meeting lead targets, nurturing leads with marketing, building relationships with CMOs/CDOs/CIOs, conducting market research, and scheduling meetings for the field sales team. Role is 100% hunting and focused on US prospects.

Lead strategic development for creative briefs and campaigns: uncover audience insights, translate business objectives into briefs, support concept development, assist pitches and new-business strategy, collaborate with creatives and clients, and conduct research to convert data into actionable insights.

Serve as Product Owner for enterprise tools: define and prioritize backlogs, translate stakeholder needs into enhancements and integrations, manage configuration and vendor relationships, ensure compliance and performance, drive adoption and training, and maintain a strategic tools roadmap.

Provide remote administrative support including calendar and email management, preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, compiling data, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Design and implement front-end features, build high-quality user interfaces, take ownership of product and architecture decisions, collaborate with engineering team, and deliver performant, user-focused solutions.

Provide customer service and administrative support for a senior living community: answer calls, handle resident and staff requests, enter and complete work orders, manage housekeeping schedules, maintain program records and vendor billing information, and track office supply inventory.

First commercial hire to define and execute go-to-market: prospect, sell, and close to build pipeline; establish channel partnerships with brokerages, aggregators, and associations; attend conferences; gather market feedback; and partner with founder and engineering on roadmap, messaging, and pricing. Over time build the commercial team and playbook.

Lead go-to-market strategy and launch new verticals: identify opportunities, validate via demand generation and direct enterprise selling, build sales playbooks, guide product roadmap, and own deals end-to-end while collaborating with CEO/CRO.

Support project financial execution by using Oracle dashboards and project controls tools; develop WBS; assist PMs with workplans, contracts, subcontractor agreements, change orders, time/expense reviews, monthly financials, billing/AR, ETC, risk tracking, and PM training to ensure project profitability and ISO 9001 compliance.
