Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for WanderOS, developing automated email, in-app, and SMS campaigns that drive onboarding, activation, engagement, expansion, retention, and win-back. Segment and personalize messaging, conduct A/B tests, build KPI dashboards, and optimize the lifecycle marketing technology stack. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to improve activation, retention, expansion revenue, churn, and customer lifetime value.

Own Ada’s partner co-selling strategy, working with account executives and strategic partners to source, develop, and close partner-influenced deals. Build joint go-to-market plans, account and territory strategies, marketplace revenue through AWS and Microsoft, and partner-sourced pipeline. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, streamline deal registration and contracting, enable internal and external sellers, and identify ecosystem opportunities for future investment.

Own and operate Orca’s FedRAMP environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Build infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD; automate compliance validation, drift detection, evidence collection, and inventory management. Lead continuous monitoring, authorization artifacts, OSCAL transition, 3PAO assessments, and federal customer security engagements.
