Build, operate, and modernize scalable data pipelines and warehouse environments for lottery reporting, analytics, and AI readiness. Improve ingestion, transformations, data models, contracts, observability, lineage, and onboarding patterns. Enable AI/LLM and agentic workflows, support analytics and Qlik integrations, document data assets, and collaborate across teams to produce insights, dashboards, and data products.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, build pipeline through prospect research and outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), set qualified meetings, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with AEs and marketing, meet activity and pipeline targets, and represent the company professionally.

Own the technical direction and roadmap for a spacecraft product line (e.g., ADCS, power). Translate customer needs into engineering priorities, lead technical reviews and trade studies, support proposals and investment planning, mentor engineers, and represent the product externally at conferences and technical forums.

Administer and operate state scholarship programs including processing contributions, awards, and disbursements; maintain financial records and compliance with tax credit regulations; manage databases and reporting; provide stakeholder support, develop documentation and training, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with leadership and ACSI departments.

Lead business development for state and local public health engagements: track opportunities, manage capture lifecycle and proposal production, build BD tools and knowledge management, coordinate partners and SMEs, and support strategic market expansion and staff proposal participation.
