Leads Workday Payroll implementation engagements for consulting clients, overseeing planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, testing, go-live, and post-production support. Executes RightMove’s marketing across content, email and lifecycle campaigns, reporting, events, partner enablement, and internal marketing. Responsibilities include writing and editing content, building HubSpot campaigns, managing segmentation and workflows, coordinating clinicians and vendors, tracking projects, producing branded assets, supporting events, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires strong organization, writing, project management, marketing technology, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Provide phone, chat, and email support to students and faculty, resolving technical and non-technical inquiries. Troubleshoot account access, software, hardware, browsers, and university platform issues; document incidents, escalate complex problems, and support internal departments. Own daily queue health, support tooling, SLA performance, shift coverage, operational reporting, and Level 3 escalations. Use support economics and operational data to improve customer experience, reduce churn, and coordinate issues with product, fulfillment, and risk teams.

Manages strategic label-industry customer accounts, driving renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and new revenue. Leads consultative enterprise software sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, recommends ERP solutions, coordinates demonstrations and internal teams, maintains CRM pipeline and forecasts, and represents the company at customer meetings and industry events. Requires approximately 30%–35% travel.

Analyze short-term staffing performance across a 1–90-day horizon. Identify forecast variances, performance gaps, and operational inefficiencies; develop reports and models; recommend staffing adjustments; support real-time planning during critical events; and improve workforce planning processes through automation and scalable decision-making.
