As a Business Development Representative at Postscript, you will identify and engage ecommerce businesses to generate new sales opportunities, using various tools while maintaining relationships and collaborating with Account Executives.

Provide functional consulting, implementation, troubleshooting, training, and process improvement for Ellucian Colleague Student Accounts Receivable. Analyze billing, payments, refunds, and collections; develop reports; collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver projects and optimize Colleague usage.

Technical leader for Android-native POS and handheld apps: define architecture and roadmap, ensure offline-first reliability and performance, lead cross-team initiatives (modularization, Room/SQLite, Jetpack Compose), mentor engineers, improve CI/CD and observability, and write production code for high-scale hospitality workflows and integrations.

Lead development and scaling of financial analytics: build data models, dashboards, and reporting; translate financial data into executive insights; embed predictive analytics; partner with Finance, IT, and business units to improve data quality, governance, forecasting, and automation.

Support mission-critical projects by preparing AIA/service invoices, managing billing and collections, assisting subcontractor communications, maintaining project records, supporting payroll/timesheets and prevailing wage compliance, and resolving project financial issues across teams.

Provide legal and compliance support for a growing insurance organization: manage corporate governance and entity records, prepare and track insurer and individual licensing across jurisdictions, own filing deadlines, improve compliance processes, advise internal stakeholders, assist with drafting policies and documents, coordinate non-claims litigation with outside counsel, and monitor insurance regulatory developments.

Provide end-to-end commercial legal support: draft and negotiate revenue-critical agreements, handle complex deals, build legal templates and AI-enabled tooling, support corporate governance, compliance (privacy, export), IP, employment, vendor matters, and assist with fundraising and M&A as needed. Partner closely with sales, finance, product, and operations.

Administer and optimize Transfr's IT environment for a distributed workforce: endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, hardware procurement, software/MDM/RMM/VPN administration, help desk support, training, and IT projects to scale operations.

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver scalable, production-grade SaaS software. Set goals and success metrics, partner with Product, remove technical and organizational blockers, drive engineering excellence (code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, IaC), guide architecture decisions, coach engineering managers, and support hiring to improve organizational performance and business outcomes.

Create, audit, and maintain internal and external CX content and knowledge bases (Salesforce preferred). Translate processes into user-friendly guides, manage content requests, develop team macros, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and CX leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, brand-aligned customer support resources.
