Provide legal support for contracting and compliance across health plan, provider, vendor, and technology agreements; draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts; coordinate stakeholders through contract lifecycle; maintain contract records and templates; support Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, regulatory filings, and audit preparation.

Serve as client-facing controller for multiple law firm and nonprofit clients: manage GL integrity, month/quarter/year-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR/cash/treasury, GAAP compliance, controls, process improvements, system implementations, and mentor accounting staff while partnering with Client CFOs to improve performance.

Design, develop, and support web application front-ends and UX using HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Collaborate with clients and teams in Agile environments, perform UX tasks (wireframes, prototypes, usability), ensure responsive cross-browser/device compatibility, mentor peers, and provide design support across projects and corporate communications.

Own generative AI discovery, scaling, and maintenance for a portfolio of AI characters. Select and standardize models, build pipelines for face consistency and video, train and debug LoRAs, control GPU costs, design prompt architectures, define evaluation metrics and quality gates, and translate creative briefs into technical specs while testing frontier models and tooling to scale the studio.
