Own renewal and expansion outcomes across a high-volume portfolio of SMB SaaS accounts. Manage GRR and NRR targets, forecast and document pipeline activity in the CRM, negotiate contract expansions, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and engage customers throughout renewal and growth conversations.
