Collaborate cross-functionally using customer data and CRM insights to identify growth, align product and commercial strategy, and ensure successful renewal outcomes.

Own retention and success for a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts by monitoring MAUs/WAUs, building clinician and admin relationships, intervening on engagement dips, driving organic expansion, advocating customer needs to product, and applying DeepScribe features to improve clinical workflows.

Build and scale the revenue operations backbone by ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and BI tools, delivering standardized revenue reporting and insights, managing deal desk processes, documenting sales SOPs, driving automation and AI-enabled workflows, and leading cross-functional projects to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for direct and partner-led retail media revenue streams.

Develop and execute legacy giving strategies across the Western U.S.: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward planned-gift prospects; manage a portfolio, collaborate with advancement teams, track contacts in Salesforce, and travel roughly 50% to engage ministry partners.
