Own AI architecture, agent orchestration, integrations, deployment pipelines, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Leads the design, development, implementation, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including incident response, vulnerability response, threat intelligence, SOAR, and security posture capabilities. Develops scripts, workflows, integrations, testing procedures, and custom applications; advises clients, conducts workshops and demos, supports proposals, and mentors junior staff. Requires collaboration across security, IT, development, sales, and distributed delivery teams.

Own and grow Sharp Performance’s acquisition and lifecycle funnel by running experiments, building demand-generation campaigns, creating email and onboarding programs, optimizing conversion, and analyzing performance. The role involves hands-on work in HubSpot and Clay, collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Product Analytics, and continuous testing to improve segmentation, automation, lead routing, engagement, and scalable growth.
