Lead technical accounting projects and manage operational accounting processes to ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance. Collaborate with operations, IT, and legal on special projects and present financial statements and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Manage credit administration and accounts receivable for prospects and customers to minimize bad debt and maximize sales. Assess credit risk via financial statement analysis, monitor AR aging, pursue collections, resolve payment issues, and build customer relationships to ensure timely payment and cash flow.

Own and govern institutional technology platforms (Salesforce, education and referral systems). Drive CRM configuration, integrations, data integrity, adoption, vendor/budget management, and optimize retirement-to-wealth referral workflows to increase conversions and platform ROI.
