Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Hapi's connectivity product line. Source and manage integration partnerships, define connectivity architecture and developer experience, partner with engineering to build scalable integrations, establish operating processes and KPIs, and grow the connectivity business and team. Represent Hapi externally to partners and industry forums.

Install, test, troubleshoot and optimize in‑building DAS and managed networks. Perform RF benchmark data collection and analysis, CW/spectrum/PIM/OTDR testing, maintenance, fault analysis, link balancing, and support NOC and operators. Provide technical guidance, project documentation, and closeout deliverables while traveling extensively in the region.

Support execution of eCommerce product initiatives from discovery to launch. Partner with senior product leadership, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize features, write specs, support A/B testing and analytics, and track product performance to drive business outcomes.
