Build and maintain production-grade integrations between Mia and EHRs, practice management systems, and data warehouses. Lead technical discovery with customer IT, implement APIs and data pipelines, provide Tier 2/3 support, document integrations, and improve automation of integration processes while serving as the primary technical contact for clients.

Own post-sales customer adoption and value realization for automation solutions. Manage and grow enterprise airline accounts using Volantio's SaaS platform. Own implementation, launch, optimization, support, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, coordinate with Product and Engineering, run regular QBRs and onsite visits, drive retention and revenue expansion, and translate metrics into actionable customer outcomes.

Lead a global hosting and cloud operations team to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance of customer and internal platforms. Own incident response, capacity planning, infrastructure lifecycle, automation, compliance, and customer escalations while driving metrics, RCA programs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Manage full-service meeting and event programs including pre-event planning, hotel contract management, vendor and AV liaison, on-site execution, budget management, client communication, and travel (5-7 days/month).
