Leads and develops Customer Success Managers and Team Leads, owning team performance, customer outcomes, risk management, renewal readiness, coaching, talent development, and operational consistency. Manage a portfolio of programmatic advertising clients post-sale: design and optimize campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, implement tags/pixels, report on KPIs, run client meetings and QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and travel up to 20% to support retention and growth.

Provide legal support for commercialization and product development of an AI-powered ad tech platform: draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage IP portfolio and complex IP litigation, advise on AI, data, and privacy matters, counsel product teams on compliance and IP protection, and develop automated legal workflows.

Performs detailed SCADA electrical design, including one-line diagrams, schematics, cable routing, panel designs, equipment selection, and wiring diagrams. Prepares project documents, reports, bills of materials, and specifications; supports bidding, QA/QC, CAD standards, client communication, and cross-functional drafting. The role operates primarily in an office with some field work and requires occasional travel.

Own the lifecycle, quality, delivery, pricing, packaging, and commercialization of vertical data products. Partner with customers, sales, analysts, engineering, legal, pricing, and marketing to build data-driven workflows, prioritize investments, execute strategic deals, and increase revenue. Serve as the subject matter expert for specialized datasets, ensuring strong coverage, accuracy, entity resolution, platform integration, and customer adoption.

Manage inbound client inquiries for cybersecurity and digital forensics services. Responsibilities include client intake, lead qualification, scheduling, CRM and pipeline management, proposal support, follow-up, and coordinating handoffs to technical teams. The role requires professional communication with executives, attorneys, and IT professionals, sound judgment during urgent situations, and strong organizational discipline.
