Lead AI-native engineering pods, manage design partners, maintain product documentation and roadmaps, drive delivery under fixed deadlines, and communicate with customers, sales, and senior stakeholders. Rotate across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR problem spaces while helping establish Catalyst’s product development playbooks.

Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on net revenue retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
