Leads Orbis’s technical strategy, solution design, delivery accountability, and client relationships for international and commercial defense and intelligence programs. The role shapes new business, approves architectures, ensures on-time and on-budget delivery, develops technical leaders, advises senior stakeholders, evaluates emerging technologies, and guides product priorities. Lead month-end close in NetSuite, prepare management reports, support tax and audit processes, control budgets and vendor payments, forecast cash flow, and partner with leaders to provide analyses and decision-support.

Provides technical support to users and cyber teams, manages patches, upgrades, security controls, Active Directory, Azure DevOps repositories, and RMF compliance. Monitors system performance, coordinates with vendors and application teams, supports configuration and release management, and mentors junior staff.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across software engineering, hardware, AI, trading, and quantitative roles. Develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, manage pipelines, facilitate debriefs, deliver strong candidate experiences, negotiate offers, and close highly sought-after talent. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, timelines, and recruitment priorities. Use ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.

Provides first-line remote IT support to end users through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating system, network, Office 365, and cloud-platform issues; manages support tickets; configures equipment; performs basic Active Directory functions; documents resolutions; escalates complex issues; and contributes to knowledge-base materials while following IT security and compliance procedures.
