Corporate Counsel serving as Alpine IQ’s sole in-house attorney, owning commercial contracting and advising Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Responsibilities include negotiating SaaS, vendor, reseller, and customer agreements; maintaining platform legal documentation; supporting privacy, data protection, product, AI/ML, security, and regulatory matters; improving contracting processes; managing outside counsel; and providing practical guidance on corporate, employment, risk, and compliance issues.

Leads client-facing healthcare software implementation projects from discovery through deployment and adoption. Manages requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, documentation, change management, and stakeholder communications.
