Senior individual contributor responsible for product marketing strategy across Greenway Health’s portfolio. Owns ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, value frameworks, competitive differentiation, win/loss insights, objections, and lifecycle storytelling. Manage assigned pharmacy service accounts by serving as the primary client contact, resolving service issues, coordinating onboarding, conducting business reviews, training client staff, and supporting regulatory and operational best practices.
