Lead and support customer implementations of Amtech ERP solutions: gather requirements, configure software, create documentation, test, train users, troubleshoot go-lives, and drive adoption while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Travel up to 50% to support onsite implementations and training.

Lead web strategy and optimization across Employ, Lever, JazzHR, and Jobvite. Drive CRO, SEO/GEO/AEO, content/messaging, information architecture, experimentation, analytics, and development oversight. Manage teams and agencies to turn the web ecosystem into a measurable growth engine that drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline.

Steward the Salesforce org by designing and maintaining declarative solutions, enforcing automation and governance standards, safeguarding data and security, supporting integrations, monitoring platform reliability, managing releases and documentation, and translating business needs into scalable, supportable platform designs while partnering with developers and stakeholders.
