Leads the Strategy Execution and Transformation Office, translating enterprise strategy into prioritized initiatives, managing the strategic portfolio, aligning executive stakeholders, resolving tradeoffs, and driving organizational change and adoption. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants, prepare management reports, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and requirements.

Build and scale LifeMD’s influencer and creator marketing strategy across weight management, men’s health, and women’s health. Source and manage creators, negotiate usage rights, develop high-converting content briefs, and partner with paid media to amplify top-performing assets. Track CAC, ROAS, revenue, and conversion metrics while ensuring content complies with FTC, FDA, privacy, legal, and clinical guidelines. Manage budgets, attribution frameworks, asset pipelines, and weekly performance reporting.

Lead planner onboarding and enablement across the first 90 days, coordinating setup, training, readiness tracking, and coaching interventions. Facilitate financial planning upskilling, career progression modules, practice drills, and leadership coaching frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, People, Planning Leadership, IT, and other teams to improve enablement programs. Use AI and modern technology to increase learning and operational efficiency while identifying curriculum gaps and iterating training methods.

Designs and develops industrial automation control systems for material handling solutions. Responsibilities include creating control specifications, schematics, device layouts, PLC programs, and automated equipment sequences. Leads large projects and team members, coordinates schedules and costs, conducts prototype and on-site beta testing, and investigates field issues. Requires expertise in HMI, SCADA, Allen-Bradley and Schneider controls, electrical CAD systems, and industrial automation. Domestic travel may reach 40%.
