Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, customers, and suppliers while driving PCB standards, continuous improvement, and production readiness.

Sources and engages women’s health clinicians, including CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, and PAs. Conducts structured initial screens, evaluates licensure and availability, maintains accurate ATS records, manages warm candidate pipelines, tracks outreach conversions, prepares recruiter handoff summaries, and supports physician sourcing strategy.
