Own the requirements and roadmap for Arcadia’s unified data model supporting utility, expense management, energy intelligence, and sustainability products. Partner with engineering, analytics, and product leaders to define extensible schemas, data contracts, governance standards, and lifecycle requirements. Prioritize capabilities, resolve competing data needs, drive model adoption, address quality and parity gaps, and communicate architecture and roadmap decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase adoption of BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy. Manage healthcare provider accounts through in-person meetings, call cycles, Salesforce activity tracking, performance analysis, educational support, and reimbursement guidance. Build relationships with providers, clinical teams, coordinators, and pharmaceutical partners; communicate competitive intelligence and business risks; and attend sales meetings, conferences, training, and conventions while traveling throughout Colorado.

Create and optimize high-quality, mobile-optimized character shaders and material workflows in Unity URP. Develop master materials, tools, and editor extensions (C#). Profile and debug performance on iOS/Android, collaborate with artists on look development, and ensure efficient rendering across mobile devices.

Build and maintain internal and customer-facing web/cloud apps and AI automations. Integrate with third-party APIs (QuickBooks, Microsoft Graph, Zoho, Zoom), implement generative-AI features, ensure security, deploy to cloud, and collaborate with leadership and IT. Leads customer-facing consulting and professional services engagements from planning through completion. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and project leadership skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
