As an Applications Engineer, you'll lead technical education, provide support for CNC machining, and mentor clients while traveling extensively to provide expert diagnostics and solutions in manufacturing.

Hands-on prototyping and knowledge of heat exchangers, thermal transfer, sheet metal, castings, O-rings, piping, and machining required.

Support sales and product teams by developing ROI-driven business cases, commercial insights, and deal strategy. Partner with Market Development Directors and Product Strategy to evaluate customer requests, build value narratives and models, support pricing and non-standard proposals, and create playbooks and processes to scale commercial execution.

Serve as primary contact for assigned brokers and clients, coordinate internal teams to fulfill client requests, manage renewals and reporting, lead virtual and in-person meetings, and deliver excellent client service and cost-analysis.

Researches, analyzes, and resolves transaction requests from distribution service providers and internal clients. Escalates priority issues, recommends process improvements, maintains current policy and system knowledge, and supports customer, merchant, and departmental relationships. The role requires strong judgment, organization, communication, computer skills, and attention to detail. It involves frequent computer work, extended hours as needed, and in-office work three days per week.

The Customer Success Manager will oversee onboarding, compliance, operational support, and customer satisfaction for clients while managing multiple projects.

Lead and scale the West Coast enterprise sales motion: coach AEs, drive complex deal strategy and execution, run pipeline and forecast reviews, hire and grow the team, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and remove sales friction.
