Partners with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, executives, and offshore teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Owns and improves project management processes, methodologies, automation, quality assurance, and governance while guiding customers through GridX product capabilities and integrations.

Provide administrative and operational support including Zoom meeting management, calendar and email handling, Google Sheets work, live Zoom session tech support, research, note collation, and project organization. Act as a proactive gatekeeper and collaborator to protect the employer's time and keep workflows running smoothly.
