Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, build reference architectures, and communicate with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders. The role requires strong DevOps and Kubernetes expertise, automation skills, customer-facing consulting experience, and familiarity with regulated environments.

Provide engineering support for component repair and process development in an aviation MRO. Define and validate production processes, tooling, and test stands; create repair instructions and technical documentation; collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Maintenance to reduce costs and improve yields. Manage implementation of repairs and process improvements, perform cost/benefit analysis, and participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities.

Supports recruiters with application review and candidate screening, directs HR questions, coordinates bonus and relocation payments, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, customer service, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
