Senior individual contributor who designs, develops, and executes compensation programs (base pay, incentives, equity). Lead technology strategy and unify four product lines into a secure, scalable SaaS ecosystem. Modernize legacy code, integrate platforms and escrow/banking systems, drive customer-facing AI, mentor engineering leaders, and align technology with business and regulatory needs.

Lead execution of support organization initiatives: implement self-service and AI tooling, unify support across brands, build reporting/metrics and operational rhythms, drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment, document SOPs, and evolve into a strategic partner to VP of Support.

Lead administration and security of Linux and Windows systems in classified environments. Architect and manage virtualization, storage, backup, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Implement STIG/RMF compliance, automate with Ansible/PowerShell/Bash, support incident response, mentor junior admins, and collaborate with cybersecurity and dev teams to ensure availability and performance for geospatial and intelligence missions.

Lead partner growth and ecosystem expansion by designing and executing joint campaigns, analyzing on-chain and campaign performance, ensuring visibility across partners, monitoring RWA/DeFi trends, and coordinating cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and design.
