Lead and grow distributed software engineering teams to design, deliver, and maintain scalable, secure microservices and cloud platforms. Drive technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, sprint execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, DevOps, QA, UX, and Security to ensure timely, high-quality releases while mentoring engineers and representing engineering to stakeholders and customers.
