Partner with account executives to support cybersecurity sales by leading discovery, technical qualification, tailored demos, proof-of-value engagements, and technical deal strategy. Translate complex security capabilities into business value for mid-market and enterprise customers, manage technical validation cycles, address objections, and maintain post-sale technical continuity. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing while sharing field knowledge and customer feedback.

Lead Horizon3’s federal compliance program for DoW IL4 and IL5 AWS offerings. Manage FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 frameworks, authorization assessments, System Security Plans, continuous monitoring, audits, risk assessments, policies, training, vendor questionnaires, and external auditor relationships. Advise engineering teams on translating federal requirements into cloud-native technical controls and participate in compliance-related incident response. The role is fully remote, requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance, and involves up to 5% travel.

Administer Federal Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace environments; manage identity lifecycle, permissions, SSO integrations, shared drives, and secure communication channels. Provide remote front-line support, troubleshoot access and software issues, and document procedures. Support commercial IT operations, align Federal and commercial workflows, conduct access audits, and assist with security investigations and compliance audits.

Lead and scale an enterprise Sales Engineering team supporting complex cybersecurity sales cycles. Build and launch Horizon3’s Customer Academy for the NodeZero cybersecurity platform. Design curriculum architectures, technical how-to content, hands-on learning, customer certifications, assessments, and learning paths. Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and technical SMEs to translate complex workflows into practical education. Track readiness, engagement, adoption, certification, and time-to-value metrics while maintaining content quality and alignment with product changes.

Lead the technical direction for internal-network and Active Directory attack capabilities in an autonomous penetration-testing platform. Research emerging AD tradecraft, develop production-grade Python attack content, validate techniques in representative test environments, extend attack-path models, set research priorities, mentor engineers, and collaborate on product development and customer-facing technical content.

Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, launches, messaging, content, sales enablement, and performance measurement for Horizon3’s internal and cloud pentesting portfolio. Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into credible value propositions for technical practitioners and executive buyers. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and partners to drive pipeline, adoption, expansion, competitive differentiation, and measurable risk reduction. Use market intelligence, customer feedback, analytics, and field insights to continuously improve marketing programs.

Leads Horizon3’s product marketing function, strategy, positioning, launches, enablement, content, customer adoption, team development, AI-assisted marketing operations, and performance measurement. Partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Communications to drive category leadership, pipeline, revenue, adoption, and retention for the NodeZero cybersecurity platform.

Build and operate real-time, event-driven microservices that process large-scale penetration-testing telemetry into findings, attack paths, reports, and customer insights. Responsibilities include migrating batch logic to streaming architectures, designing distributed systems, managing schemas and storage, correlating hosts and identities, ensuring observability and operational excellence, and contributing to technical design, APIs, documentation, and incident response.

Design, build, and own business-critical data infrastructure, including AWS Glue and Spark pipelines, cloud warehouse or lakehouse systems, orchestration, and Tableau BI platforms. Define event-driven contracts, data models, schemas, observability, and batch or streaming architectures across multi-tenant, multi-region environments. Collaborate across producer and consumer teams while owning production data infrastructure and outcomes end to end.
