Maintains and troubleshoots complex Cisco-based LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and data center networks. Configures and deploys routers, switches, Firepower, and related infrastructure; manages incidents through ServiceNow; monitors network performance and capacity; implements approved changes; supports projects, vendors, documentation, and after-hours maintenance. Participates in on-call rotation and provides network support to corporate and remote users.

Supports and maintains Windows-based infrastructure, virtual machines, servers, IIS applications, Active Directory, storage, and remote access systems. Responsibilities include provisioning, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, ticket management through ServiceNow, disaster recovery testing, migrations, and level 1 technical support. The role collaborates with senior administrators and service desk teams, performs on-site hardware work, participates in rotating on-call coverage, and documents operational activities.
